Software engineer
ProjectsI write software. Most recently I was at AMD, working on platform engineering to make GPU server management more transparent. I’ve also worked on cybersecurity software, data processing, and a travel app.
I got my PhD in physics at Stony Brook and did a postdoc at Tel Aviv University. I also have a degree in art. Languages, art, and chess take up some of my time outside work.

I built usage dashboards and benchmark tools for AMD Accelerator Cloud. I also helped keep the platform running, investigated problems, and worked with other teams on integrations.

I worked on software for running AI and scientific computing workloads. Much of my work was on the analytics service, using the TICK stack to show workload metrics, check the data, and figure out performance problems.

I worked on a cybersecurity platform, including access controls for partner companies and reports on employee training. Reworking the database queries cut some page load times by up to 90%.

I proposed and prototyped a replacement for the team’s research application, then helped build it with the team. We split it into services using REST APIs and Kafka. I also worked on deployment, performance testing, licensing, and documentation.
